1. At Inky Hanky, we carefully pack and deliver every order. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly give you a refund.
2. To process a refund for a damaged order, we’ll need clear unboxing videos as proof. This helps us understand what went wrong and avoid it in the future.
3. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we confirm that your claim is valid, we’ll start the refund process to your original payment method.
4. After we receive proof of damage, we’ll begin the refund process within 24 hours. Please allow 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
5. Please note, we don’t accept returns or give refunds for any other reasons.
